I finally had this roll of film developed! When I received the exposures back, I learned that I had once again took these in the wrong setting. Stomach drops, but oh well! I still love sharing them.
These photos include memories from "Ladies Gotta Hang" nights, Arkansas Thanksgiving, Old North Arcade, Roosevelt, the Kings Kaleidoscope concert, and my community group hang outs. The amount of beautiful people in these photos makes me obnoxiously squeal with gratitude.
Throughout the 5-6 months that were inside this roll of film I...
got offered a new job
quit my full-time job
found a sub-leaser for my townhouse
my offer for new job was taken back
housing plans fell through
had to move all of my belongings into a storage unit
still teaching a few classes as an art instructor, but job searching frantically for a full-time position, (God bless Anna Sokel and Art With Anna --shameless plug to AWA--- www.artwithanna,org)
For three days I thought me and Kimber (my dog) were going to be homeless or have to move back to Kentucky. BUT my dear friends were gracious enough to offer me a small room on their third floor.
During the three months I lived there I...
spent every week going to interviews and meeting a ton of potential bosses, but never getting offered anything.
Had my car towed
Kimber got hit by a car
Had to drop over 2,200 dollars in one. day.
It took me that full three months to find a job, find a roommate, and find a house. It all happened in a weeks time.
While living through all of this, I didn't think it was that big of a deal. Because - God. Because - Community.
The friends that stood by my through this (And even complete strangers) I have been reminded of how God provides. I have been shown what selfless love tangibly looks like.
I AM SO DANG THANKFUL.
These were some of the exposures that turned out recognizable.
Thank you for viewing (:
With All My Love,
