Chance of Rain

This mural was brought to life over two days during October 2023 as part of Scrawl Fest, an annual celebration of art and community. Each year, 50+ local artists come together to create vibrant, portable murals in a lively weekend of creativity and collaboration.

Lauren’s piece showcases her signature approach, blending materials like joint compound, sand, charcoal, oil pastel, and acrylic paints to craft a dynamic and textured work of art.

In May 2023, this 4’x8’ mural found its forever home, auctioned to its new owner during Art for Franklinton, a meaningful event supporting the thriving arts community in the area.
